Hi Team, 

Firstly, thank you to all who came to our welcome party. We had a nice turnout, great food, and great company. For those who could not come, parents, you will be receiving a separate email with details of how we will share the snack /drink load, canopy swap, and group communication. 

We are headed into another busy week starting with Media Day this Wednesday. The photographer will be at the pool by 6pm to set up and I am asking all of you to do the same and plan to swim our workout afterwards. You can use the locker rooms to get photo ready. There will be a team photo, a graduating group team photo/banner, individual senior banners, and individual + group friend photos. There is the option of both pool background and/or green screen. On Friday we are swimming against one of our toughest League opponents, Mt. Carmel. I will need to know by no later than Wednesday if you are planning NOT to attend. Also, divers, you will need to submit your dive lists to me by Wednesday as well. This meet has a meet file for our line-up, so I will be sending over all our entries by Thursday morning. Here is the breakdown for Friday's meet: 

Early Release: 1:45pm. Bus Ride 2:00pm. 

Dive will start the competition at 4 pm. 

All Divers start warm up at 3pm and our Warm-up time is 3pm-3:50 pm which includes 6 lanes in the big pool and four lanes in the small pool. 

Finally, we have nailed down the date for our annual fundraiser evening which will be next Monday, 3/23 at 6:00pm at the pool. This is a mandatory meeting for everyone as this night will help ensure the funds we rely on for you and your team this season which includes our team banquet. The meeting will last at least 30 minutes and then we will swim the remaining time we have left.
