Hi Team, 

A second email to inform all of you that our media day has been rescheduled for Monday, April 6 at 6pm. There was a conflict at the pool this Wednesday which would not allow us to come early to the pool, and a venue change was a potential possibility but after hearing all the feedback I think it best to stay at the pool with a different/new date. 

Parents, here is what I promised to send to you all today. Two sign-ups. One is a volunteer list for snack/drink and canopy swapping for the remainder of our meet line-up and a communication/chat group for parents. For those who came to the welcome party, I shared that I would lean on you all for those things. I will be on the group chat so that I can share information in real time.
